Introduction

Crazy Raccoon (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”)(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has established the following guidelines for derivative works (hereinafter referred to as the “Guidelines”) so that more fans can enjoy the content provided by the Company with peace of mind.The following guidelines have been established to ensure that as many fans as possible can enjoy the content provided by the Company.

Scope of Secondary Creation

In these Guidelines, “derivative works” means activities in which individuals or unincorporated entities add new creativity to our content and create new works (hereinafter referred to as “derivative works”).(hereinafter referred to as “derivative works”) by individuals or unincorporated entities by adding new creativity to our content.Activities that lack creativity, such as copying our content as is or modifying it beyond the scope of alteration, are not considered derivative works and are not subject to these Guidelines.

Prohibited Matters

  • Creative activities that CR members (hereinafter referred to as “CR members”) feel uncomfortable withCreative activities that CR Members (hereinafter referred to as “CR Members”) find offensive
  • Items that are deemed to be for commercial purposes
  • Use by corporations
  • Creative activities involving the following expressions
  1. Those that could be misinterpreted or misunderstood as official
  2. Items that are offensive to public order and morals or contain antisocial expressions
  3. That which contains expressions of specific ideas, beliefs, religious or political content
  4.  Substances that seriously damage the image of CR members, the Company, or the Company’s content
  5. That which infringes on the rights of a third party
  6. Other items that the Company deems inappropriate

  1. The contents of these guidelines are subject to change without notice.Please always check the latest contents when engaging in secondary creative activities.Please be aware that the Company shall not be liable for any damage arising from any modification of these guidelines.
  2. We are not responsible for any problems related to derivative works.Please enjoy your creations at your own risk.
  3. All matters related to these guidelines shall be governed by the laws of Japan and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
