Usage and Reservations

Please install the “CR APP” on your smartphone and register as a new member.
You must complete identity verification before visiting our store.
※ Identity verification is also available at Gaming Space.

No reservation is required for use.

Facilities and Services

For information on the facilities within the building, please refer to the “Facilities” section on [this page].

We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing food into the building.
Regarding beverages, please rest assured that you may bring in only “capped drinks” such as bottled drinks or water bottles.

Wi-Fi is not available within the facility and cannot be used.

Other

We hold confirmed lost items for one week.
When picking up your order, please bring your usage history and identification documents to the store.

We also ship internationally. Shipping costs are a flat rate of ¥3,500.

Domestic shipping is a flat rate of ¥1,000. For international shipping, the flat rate is ¥3,500.
